I'm throwing Ollie in the hat.....

(As winter-god, Uller, or Oller, as he was also called was considered second only to Odin, whose place he usurped during his absence in the winter months of the year. During this period he exercised full sway over Asgard and Midgard.)
or as in Laurel and Hardy..... :giggl: ....but he looks quite serious.

Congratulations! What a sweet face he has! And Carbón says he must be very intelligent not to like the rain because wet from above is “Pfft!” of course. 😉

I’m looking forward to the final name choice. I’m terrible for choosing names: I love doing it, but it takes me forever . Brogan came as ‘Stefan’, had a placeholder name of Piglet for an entire month (his ears looked like Piglet’s) and then finally ended up with Brogan.

I didn’t pick Carbón’s name and didn’t change it after he went from foster to forever dog. I’m forever explaining his rather unfortunate name to people and trying to deny any responsibility. 🤣

We had a slightly better night last night. Cried at about 1am, when I let his out he went to sit expectantly where is food bowl get sput down so I think he may be getting a bit hungry and will need a later feed. At the moment its 6am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm as per thr routine he had with his breeder. He doing really well with wanting to go outside to peep and poop (its me that would rather stay inside)
We have a 20 year old young lad from the rowing club to sit with him for the days I have to go to work.

Awwwww he is gorgeous. And I’d be 100% snuggling him all day and night. 🥰

Snowie was never snuggly, but that might’ve been caused by our not allowing him on the furniture at first. If I had a second chance, I’d be nurturing the snuggling! Thankfully in his old age, he’s become more snuggly.

I'm keeping you all in suspense!
Actually waiting for Hubby to make the final decision.
All hints will be taken into consideration...

He had a great little sights and sounds walk around the block with workmen in hi viz diggng up the pavement, cars hooting in the forever never ending traffic jam on our main road, builders throwing planks of wood onto a skip and a big skip lorry starting its engine right next to us, as well as meeting a neighbour who was full of excited squeals at meeting him.

He’s doing well. He’s had the lad from the rowing club look after him while I’m at work which is going well and he’s started doing some sit and come training with him.
He lives cuddles and being picked up. He does like to attach himself to my leg like a toddler so trying to remind him that paws stay on the floor. He has worked out that the sofa is the best place in the house.
He sleeps from 10 through to 4am.
Toilet training is going well considering the cold weather. He’s already mostly indicating to go outside when he needs to, not quite going in his toilet area yet.
Name may be announced soon,
