I have one of those "Ruff and Tumble" think that is what they are called, drying coats, so wrapped up Rourke and he was warm and dry in a very short timeJoy was only out for a few minutes but was so wet when she came back in that I put her dressing gown on her. I'm similarly attired myself!
Nor do I, but I would quite like one!I have one of those "Ruff and Tumble" think that is what they are called, drying coats, so wrapped up Rourke and he was warm and dry in a very short timeI don't have one for me!

Yes, I quite like doing that, have turned off TV and music just to listen to the wind. No doubt the novelty will have worn off by next Spring though!Amazing gusts in Devon - all hatches battened and cozily listening to the howling gales outside![]()

Hooray for your good neighbour. You must make/buy them a cakeDefinitely spring!
We had a lovely sunny 18 yesterday, followed by a huge wind and rain storm! Our power was out for an hour!
I realised that we are not at all prepared for a blackout. We had one torch and one (scented) candle. Thankfully our lovely neighbour must have guessed how useless we are as she ran up and dropped a couple of big candles at our front door.
Oh no! That's so sad. Keep your boys and Ella close and safe.I just found out that the wind caused trees to fall all over Melbourne (that's why the power was out) but also killed three people, including a four year old boy.
