Spot the deer! Seen on our walk this week. It was really hot so I’m surprised they were out and about. Saw two of them. (Only one in the pic).

It has been quite hot this last week and poor H has been suffering keeping water down. A friend saw my Facebook post and said I should massage water into his skin. They had a lab in Singapore who ended up with heat stroke and massaging water into her skin saved her.

Panting is one way of cooling. However, I believe the Lab in Singapore was dehydrated so it was a method of getting water into the body as he couldn't keep water down.
