it's a shame about the hair - that would have made a really good photo!

Not quite the same, but here's my chemo wig, "Mabel". I found her in my things a couple of years ago and took this silly photo. She fit better when I was bald! This is as close to a fringe and short hair as I'm going to get if I have any say in the matter.

My MIL and FIL are taking Stanley out tomorrow for me.

Theyre bringing their own lead and I’ll open the door so Stanley can run to them then he can run back in when they’re done.

They said they feel bad they can’t help with Rory so want to help with Stanley.

At least it’s one thing off my list!

Ah, that's lovely of them! My sister leaves her dog with my parents when she's working, because they're long shifts. She just opens the door and chucks him in. When she picks him up, she calls and they open the door and he comes shooting out, basically shouting "MUMMMMMMEEEEHHHHHH!!!" and into her arms.

Mine had to move in with her sister in ACT for a while as her main job is cleaning a couple of the big local pub/bistros that closed so she just couldn't afford to stay home. Her sister lives on a property and was able to provide her with some work.

She's had to return a couple of weeks earlier than she'd planned but we're so pleased to have her back and I know she appreciates us continuing to pay her

My daughter asked if she can come and see me as we can now meet one other person outside. She will bring her own coffee and we will sit in the garden 2 metres apart - she can access the garden without coming into the house. I am so glad she asked - I do not want anyone to do anything they are not comfortable with. Can’t wait to see her
