Early this morning I went out with Finn for a walk. Early because of the warmth. We met another lab Marley, a chocolate lab, the same age as Finn. They live in our neighborhood. It is going to be a warm hot day again, so we went with Marley and his mum to the water to let them swim. I never saw Finn this happy! He was in the water and was diving!! I’ve never seen him doing this! I think he wanted to show off to Marley, who just stood there with his feet in the water and was afraid to swim. Then his face....Who says dogs can’t smile....!! I was so sorry for not taking a camera or handy with me! Afterwards the woman thanked us for the very nice walk they had!

Yes it was a wonderful surprise. Only spoke on the phone or emailed each other. We sat in the garden (2 metres a part) for 20 mins before she went shopping. I didn't realise just how much I had missed her until I saw her, it brought tears to my eyes, not a bit like me.
