A patient sent me the most beautiful thank you card and small gift after I biopsied her new breast cancer. It's extra meaningful as I did that biopsy shortly after my grandmother died. I was the only person who could do the procedure in that day, so I just got it done as I would normally and left to go to the hospital. So emotional.

HRH Prince of Wales and friends do a reading of The Night Before Christmas.
What made me smile was we did this poem for our Christmas Production this year. We filmed the children saying each line in costume and added dancing sugar plums, singing reindeer and of course Santa and his sleigh.

Hehe glad we can helpI'm really enjoying the photos from our Australian contingent. To me - as a Californian - this is more what Christmas should look like: green, sunshine and shorts. You just need a few more palm trees in there.
To be honest, I'm all over the place with Christmas. I spent my early childhood in the UK so experienced the usual cold wet Christmas but have spent so many years here since then.
