Hello!
Sorry I haven't been in touch, it's because I've been having The Most Amazing Holiday Ever in Canada!
I have absolutely loved visiting this beautiful country, and have enjoyed experiences that I never could have imagined. Just now though I have been travelling for 29 hours and am about ready to drop!
I'm smiling though, because it's so good to be back home with my GGJ. Off to bed now, photos etc tomorrow. How lovely to be home with you all again!xxx

Hunter helped me garden too this afternoon !!! He does like to pick up grass clippings so if the mower leaves any behind I’m chunks I now have to rake it up. Admittedly Hunter’s help involved pouncing on the piles of grass I’d raked but he also had lots of fun saving his ball from the rake. Who Knows what might have happened to it if the rake had got hold of it.

Think I’ll get Hunter a chuckit stick. He loves sticks. I’m creating quite a pile that I’ve taken off him By bonfire night he’ll have built his own.

Chewie met his friend Toffee (little old choccy girl) on our walk and they're so similar. They do the same excited bark when they see one another and we'll... it becomes a symphony of weird groany barking. So cute though. And Toffee's people also love Chewie. It's really nice having so many nice Labs in the area. They are the second most registered dog in our council area (after cavalier X poodles) but I think our suburb is waaaaay more Labrador-y because of the larger land sizes. Win!

@kateincornwall @Emily The Chuckit stick is a big hit with Hunter. He loves it. He’s never played “fetch” for so long. So far the most retrieves he’s done in a row is three then his attention would wander to a stick or leaf or anything really. I stopped the game not him. Although I think he’d have been just as happy if it had stayed in the packaging.
