Took Squidge to the vet this morning and, as I was pulled through the door, a lady in the waiting room said, "I've never seen a dog so excited to go IN to the vet's!" 
She had a little play with the vet's dachshund, including on-lead zoomies, and made everyone laugh. We had to take her out with a pot for a wee sample and when we came back, it was as if everyone there were long-lost family members.
It makes me smile how her joie de vivre is so contagious. Everyone just loves her

Making me beam!

I hurt my big toe a couple of days ago. Some wood stuck in the nail bed(sp?). It got a bit infected. I looked at it this morning and a big lab head came also to look at it. He then ‘cleaned’ it for me. I couldn’t see my toe, just a big head with floppy ears bending over it...

I do need to add that he is actually excellent when we give him his breakfast and dinner. He won't touch it until given the command. However any food offerings outside of that are fair game!

I finally got the Pig her birthday present she is always trying to steal the Pip’s cushion to have a nap on during the day, I think she likes being close to us if we are in the living room and she is not allowed on the sofas. And, well, she just loves a good squishy cushion. So I bought her her own cushion, in the shape of her new favourite animal
Now she can hang out with us whilst the Pip is playing and we won’t get any more drool marks on the Pip’s cushion

My dogs have their own cushions, sofa and our bed. They are therefore happy to share any other space with any and all.I finally got the Pig her birthday present

The pip is growing up far to fast!
We get the "I'm a good boy" sit. It is a very prim and proper obedience sit, but you can see the ants in his pants.That "I'm not looking" pose is a classic for us, too @Kay
