What made you smile today?

I most certainly was , it was a tad traumatic though :whew:
Traumatic? I'll say it was, I only watch it because I'm certain things will come right one day and they'll all be happy.
But no, just when you think it can't get any worse it suddenly does!
@kateincornwall are you in position with tea and biscuits? Poldark's starting! I've got my pot of coffee and GGJ is asleep with all four paws in the air!
I've just watched it on catch up... I think we need a whole new Poldark thread.

Only two more episodes... What could possibly go wrong - I wish they didn't show us snippets of what's coming next it just makes me worry for the whole week.

Something to smile about there's the new Jane Austin starting.

Cassie again!

She got quite hot and bothered this morning on our walk and decided to take herself for a good long swim (well, that's one smile as some you will know:)).

So when we got home I rubbed her off and put a towel on her kitchen bed and shut the pet gate, because I don't want her wet on the furniture. She squeaked and moaned and humphed for about 20 minutes, as I was doing some jobs. I decided she was dry enough and let her through.

What does she do? She doesn't get in the chair she usually frequents. Oh no, she gets on the sofa, which she doesn't sleep on !

I can only conclude she still felt too damp to get in "her" chair, but it's ok on the sofa!

 Do you know, I'm beginning to wonder, has this clever girl got me wrapped around her little dew claw?

Aagh! What's happening?! Sky advice. No good, gave up, watered the garden, grated some cheese, had a shower, pyjamas on, thought I'd just give the telly one last try and it came on straight away! I have absolutely no idea what I've done, but I'm smiling because now I can watch Train Your Baby Like a Dog and then the wonderful and brilliant Kathy Burke, which is just what I wanted to do this evening!
