Oh yes! Right on time at 10:30. He called first as he was a little lost, so I was already on the drive and told him I was isolating so just leave it outside the gate. Then thanked him profusely as was due.

For others like me who haven't ventured into this boxed meal thing, I took photos of the box and ingredients before sticking it all in the fridge. I'll snap one of the finished meal tonight, too, even if I have a feeling my first effort is not exactly going to look like the photo in the recipe booklet.

Iver had a complete temper tantrum because he was over tired. I put him in his crate because he was being a d**k so that he could have a nap. He threw a tantrum tried to dig his way out? I told him to lie down and go to sleep. He threw himself down with a huge teenage sigh it was very am dram silly bu**er. He's having a much needed cruelly enforced nap. I'll let him out when he's had an hour so he can return to happy boy.

My big smile today came from a walk in the woods with Ruth and Holly. When we got clear of the poop zone on Offa's Dyke we felt we could let Holly off her lead. Within 60 seconds she was belly deep in gloopy mud with a big grin on her face.

My dog walker sent me this. He is a South American student studying for his PhD. Hunter just loves him!

I’m scared to even write this in case I jinx it.

But my child has slept through for 2 nights in a row. He’s never done that before! And when I say slept through, I mean slept through - none of this 7 hour bollocks. A full 7-7.

That is the most sleep I’ve had in a year. This is what normal people must feel like!

There must be something going on.... Nathan slept in until 7.15am this morning!! This is the first time he (and therefore I) have slept past 7am since we were jetlagged in the US last July!

It will come and go for a while but it will improve!

My granddaughter is doing four hours now. She’s five months old and her parents are very grateful - it was hourly feeds until recently.

I have not told them that her Dad didn’t sleep through until he was seven! (ADHD - it’s very common with us ADDers).

What did I learn from those seven years? Resilience - lots of it!
