Been in touch with Little Brother thisevening over arrangements for Christmas food etc. I thought I was going to be there from the 20th to the 27th. It turns out they're planning to bring me home on the 29th and stay here for two nights. That's eleven days and evenings of company! The most I've had in eighteen months. I'm grinning from ear to ear and Joy will love it too. It's going to be a happy, happy Christmas!

Pee Ess, on reflection I hope that doesn't sound selfish/ thoughtless to those of you who are having a less than good time this year. I'm very aware that I am lucky to have good family who I formed a bubble with when it was first allowed and who have stuck strictly to this. My heart goes out to all who will be having a difficult Christmas this time. 
Don't feel guilty just enjoy yourselves, but carefully

Was wrapping the girls presents up today and some others. Not interested when I was doing the others, but as soon as I started with theirs noses out and up and sat right next to me. How do they know the toys are for them...
They just know! I swear Chewie recognises the Pet Circle delivery boxes.

I do it while Joy's not looking so as not to spoil the surprise!
Spoke to my neurologist today. Tumours not grown enough to be taken out this year. Yeah! No operation for me for at least a year. Scan again in a year. I like my neurologist he's like my ENT surgeon sensible chaps who dont do stuff unless it's completely necessary. Everythings fine it can just sit there quietly until something else kills me

Oh hell @SwampDonkey I didn't know about this. I know you have several awful health problems but this I wasn't aware of
It's ok it's more of a pet than a tumour and it's a great excuse for just about everything.
