I bought a bread machine a few months back - my first kitchen appliance! I've been having some fun during lockdown making different types of bread. It makes a nice change from shop-bought loaves.

Holly has realised that I always start with the dry ingredients so she waits until I'm weighing the butter before she gets out of bed to join me. As soon as she's licked out the butter bowl she goes back to bed. Today I used oil instead of butter. She wandered out, took a sniff, then turned around and went back to bed. Sometimes she can be so clever!

Our lovely gardener has just gone home after digging all our borders over , he does a really grand job of it . It piqued me that I could no longer do jobs like this but hey, its giving him work so all is good and the borders look wonderful x

No it I've got to be seen in 2, weeks it means it's urgent. I do the CA waiting as part of my job. When they see it they may decide to down grade.

Yes I had a seen within 2 weeks referral and have now got my appointment. I was very impressed at the speed - it will be literally one day over two weeks from GP consultation to hospital appointment

The CA waits lists are managed very tightly. We can usually offer appointments within days. I used to manage the CLL / lymp lists and we had a turn around of a day or days. It was always really nice to he able to offer patients s next day appointment when they were really worried. We almost never go over a breach date.

It is a very loud noise tested it outside and can be heard along way off. Squirt first worry about what they (police) say later

I wonder if I should get a small pocket alarm. I now do not drive anywhere for walks when I’m off on my own. I am too scared, being alone and being a young woman....
I am fine if I go with someone, but not on my own it’s sad, I used to love walks on a Thursday with my girls now I just walk from my house in our local village area.

My OH got mine off Amazon for me, came next day. It is easy just to put on and I keep it by the leads so I don't forget.
I very rarely see anyone the time I walk in the morning, but you never know. I just don't know what I would do if someone took my precious dogs.
It doesn't bear thinking about.
