Great big smile from me this morning when , after a night of cramp and listening out for him , Reuben did not wake until 7 , thats a good boy xx

Good news that Reuben slept through the night. Sorry about the cramp, I get that and it wakes me in the morning early, very painful. I have no idea what causes it!

A couple of friends just popped in on their way between their house here and Andorra (all perfectly legal). I felt a bit weird about seeing people, but we just sat in the garden. What made me smile was Willow, who suddenly decided she was going to parade about with Squidge's warthog. Willow has ZERO interest in toys and would look down her very long snoot at me if I suggested she might like to sniff it, but with FRENS around, she's suddenly showing off. It's thing like this that show you can't simply reduce them to the sum of their operant parts. My wonderful weirdo girl.

I am sitting at my desk working away and Steve is out on the side deck cutting bricks to fix up the brickwork around the new fence. I heard him come to the back door and say "go and show Mum how you are helping me". Maxx came bounding in all waggy and happy with a piece of brick in his mouth that he proudly put in my hand then sat down as if to say "am I a good boy?"

@Emily we love playing Uno, take it on holiday with us and can keep us amused for ages! It can be hard just with 3 though, as easy to feel ganged up on you know you need to get rid of that pick up 4, but do you give it to Nathan, or just sit on it ....

My daughter found an app that colourizes old black and white pics and she sent me some of my mum and dad, including this one of their wedding

The uniform should be khaki but she only had so many options.
