I have just taken Red shopping and she’s been fitted for a new harness. Been meaning to do it for ages. She hates her Perfect Fit one so I’ve given up with it. Hopefully this Julius one will be more suitable. She was a sweetheart being fitted and gave the lovely assistant lots of kisses

Up on the moor today an elderly man stopped and said 'Excuse me, but how often do you polish that dog, if you don't mind me asking?'
Well, she did look Veryvery shiny, charging around after her ball in the winter sunshine!

Thought I might watch a film tonight, having recorded several over Christmas and New Year. Lit the stove, ate, drank a couple of glasses of wine....film...? Really can't be bothered! TV off, listening to the stove crackling, the good old West Yorkshire wind wuthering (yet again) and my girl snoring and grunting contentedly, also chatting with all of you, a few FB friends and planning a walk for tomorrow, possibly a long one with a flask and some sandwiches if the weather's still nice. It might not sound like much, but it's definitely making me smile!
