Unfortunately Rourke will not even get on the sofa! OH didn't like dogs on sofa, my GSPs would come on in the evening when I put a cover on the sofa, but Rourke refuses, I feel lonely!

My new Barbour jacket and Hunter wellies have arrived. I bought them in the sale as they are ridiculously expensive here. HRH on the packing.
The wellies are a weird brown colour but very comfy and warm. It was my present for myself for 30 years in service and also 30 years of living as a foreigner in Holland!

That said, Steve has lived here in Australia for 34 years but still firmly calls himself a New Zealander. If someone calls him an Aussie he is horrified! But that is just because of the hilarious Aust/NZ rivalry

I stubbed my toe badly on the foot of the sofa while carying two mugs of tea. All Hubby's fault as he'd moved the sofa over and made the gap smaller. I yelped loudly as I managed to put the two mugs of tea down without spilling. Homer (Mr antisocial) came right up to me with paws on my lap and gave me kisses to make sure I was OK. Voluntary Homer kisses made it all better.

I tidied the monster cupboard and got all the winter dog collars out, I'm feeling virtuous. I found all the puppy collars and gear too. It made me smile such happy memories.
Rowan likes to look at the MLF calendar with me. He points at each dog and I have to tell him about them. Today his face lit up when he saw Harvey "I love him! I want a dog like him." (@UncleBob) And he thought Kipper is a hilarious name because of the Flying Kipper from Thomas the Tank Engine... (@HAH).
