And what's more, next week GGJ and I are going on more adventures, but this time together! This will include a visit to a certain Forum member who used to live just over the hill from us, but has now moved Southwards, so we're really looking forward to it. More photos to come, no doubt. In the meantime it's lovely to be back home with you all again!![]()

What a beautiful and precious relationship for a child and dog to have! I think that's something that would stand anyone in good stead for the rest of his/her life.I'm seeing the shift in the Jackson-Ella relationship. He's getting older (he's still only 2 but he's growing up), learning how to behave around Ella and developing a lovely bond. Ella is learning to trust him and starting to love him like she loves Nathan.
Tonight she chose to jump on his bed and he was absolutely delighted.

What a dear little boy, very logicalI've been AWOL lately- life got busy and a bit hard, but Rowan said something that I just *had* to share here.
OH says "now bear in mind..." a lot.
And R had obviously been thinking about that a bit because over lunch (prawn dumplings, edamame and fruit fyi) he looked at me very seriously 'Now mum, bear in mind. Actually... I don't want a bear in my mind. Too scary. DOG in mind..."![]()
