That's reassuring but remember on some tasks you may not be able to get to the level stated. Dogs learn at different rates and you want to train for success every time :)

You really should complain. You should have a record of your calls available to quote regardless of whether it was mobile or landline calls. Unfortunately you only have to look in puppy ads to see the lack of testing in many litters of pups - and that includes KC Accredited Breeders :( . The KC only require hips and a current eye certificate though. Not overly keen on this restriction but I guess it does help to maintain standards...
