I think you'll find the difference is 'criminal case' is being prosecuted for an offence by the police. For example keeping a Dangerous Dog. Probably no insurance covers criminal cases though. Civil of course is a member of the public suing you for damages/costs caused by your dog/s.

It does sound as if a chat with Hillary is your way forward. She's pretty good with the boys and is willing to work with you to try to make a visit less stressful for them. With few choices she is your best. I knew there was an evil receptionist in there somewhere :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:;);)

Perhaps worth making an appointment and pop in for a chat when she's there and see what she says about the results if you have confidence in her. At least it might give you some peace of mind x
