She’s just had her 1st poo 💩 :partyhat: . Took her a few tries to work out how for her and us, but she managed. Gave her lots of praise. OH had to carry her back in as she stopped walking and looked at him, so he obliged.

She tricked me into thinking she needed a wee 😂. She was good and just wanted to lie there for 10 mins so I let her. I think if she was walking around lots I would take her back in, but don’t think lying in the garden is bad at this stage. What do you think?

Vet visit was good. She has some fluid build up in the op site which is what was leaking a bit. Big bandages are off as vet said it might swell a little bit more yet. Have to ice and massage the area 3 times a day - he was great in explaining everything. Mattress came out of the spare room last...

She’s groggy and whining a lot, but that’s to be expected.

Thanks all. She is out of surgery. Leg repair went well. They removed the tumour and have sent it off. Her liver function is higher than it should be, but they will monitor. Picking her up at 6.20pm. last night we set her pen up and later in the evening I turned round and she was in there 💕

Thanks all…..operation is tomorrow. We are going in at 9am and I am starting to worry again. My plan is to go to the park across from the surgery for 10 minutes before we go in to give her a happy start to the day. No food is going to be a challenge as always!
