Coming off Suprelorin

I put one implant in Diesel so I could cover Pickles first season and liked the differences so much that I had him castrated before the implant wore off. He’s much softer and more cuddly now and I have no regrets about having it done. He has put on a little weight but he’s still pretty fit. Really I think it’s all a decision that varies from dog to dog and the situation that you find yourselves in.

Well it's all done. He is home and very confused at the moment and is staring at the wall! Very spaced out and fighting sleep.
10 days of on lead walking and no swimming.
I will write an update (more for myself) in a few weeks just to compare the Suprelorin and castration behaviour.
I am now off to give him a cuddle and to see if he wants a little wee.
I am also getting a lot of death stares.:devilish:

From Hunter or the other male members of the household?

Actually @kateincornwall he is not doing as well as I would expect. His wound is weeping a little and he is very lethargic. We know it takes him 48 hrs to recover but something does not seem right. He's not really drinking very much either but he just drank some of my cold tea. The vet rang at lunch to check and she was concerned that he was still not really perky. I can go to the vet tomorrow morning first thing if he has not improved.
He has his surgical T-shirt and has not been licking the wound but he is feeling very sorry for himself at the moment.
