Lump on the side of Hunter's Cheek

Poor Hunter. I know your probably dreading Hunter having to have a probe up his nose but it might be the best thing. It should at least tell the vet what is going on. Fingers crossed and good luck.

She has sent to me to specialist 45 mins away in Utrecht. They will probe his nose, move the lump in the cheek if required and give a CT scan. Thursday morning is the earliest date. So Thursday at 930 I will be there with my little man. A year ago it all started with his limping and now this.
I am really worried as this all started with the lump in his cheek.
On the way back from the vets the idiot pulled me over as I was scooping his poop up. He saw another Lab and I nearly face-planted in his pooh.
I have had better days.....

His nostril has really swollen now (blood in the snot)and she is not a specialist for a probe and has no CT scan. He would not let her near his nose. He has problems now resting on that side of his face and will not even lie on his side. His eye also looks slightly swollen. He walks fine outside but you can see there is something not right with him.
