Thanks to all for the good vibes for Carbon.
Carbon wants to let you know that he is feeling AMAZING ASTOUNDING and FABULOUS this morning. Apparently being infiltrated (shall we say) by a catheter gives one a new lease on life. He thinks he is once again weeing like a race horse and has his sass back in spades.
He's not weeing like a racehorse, but he is managing a respectable stream and emptying his bladder, which must indeed feel wonderful after a couple days of near stoppage.
I'll keep his surgery appointment tomorrow because clearly he is not 'fixed' but at least he's happy as can be and bouncing around our little studio like a spring lamb. Go, Señor Carbon, go.
I'm feeling better, too. I got very stressed out yesterday and had a panic attack while waiting for him at the clinic. I don't like him out of my sight and even less when I don't trust the people he's with. It was a bad mix. But just because the receptionist really should find another profession doesn't mean the doctors aren't good or that he didn't get good care. This is my issue that I need to deal with. Possibly with good drugs.
For today, it's fun with sassy Carbon, lots of trips out to wee and back to work for me. Tomorrow we'll deal with the health stuff again.
