Wet snow here in the Calder valley, unlikely to settle I think. A different story up on Norland moor though. I met up with Fiona and her little gang and we were all a little bit excited, hoomans included! As Fiona said, 'It's just something that makes a change from the total Ground Hog Day that this year has been!' Even GGJ got a bit carried away with it all!20201204_100630.jpg20201204_100753.jpg20201204_100907.jpg20201204_100911.jpg

Yesterday I thought people not walking their dogs were mean....today, I thought they were sensible.
Sorry you fell over, guess all the mud made for a soft if messy landing?

Looking at those pictures I can say that Cass would not enjoy that at all, in fact yesterday I had to practically drag her out in the morning !! She'd been really active the day before so it didn't matter that she wanted to spend all day as close to the woodburner as she could get :)

Yesterday was hideous here, dark cold rain, but today is lovely - bright blue sky and sunshine with a chilly breeze. I can see that there's snow on the Welsh hills a few miles away.

Hope you are ok @Atemas
I’m not sure at the moment. It was quite a fall and I landed badly. I think I might have a black eye 👁 or two tomorrow. My dodgy right knee feels bruised and I wrenched my left wrist! The pathways in the wood were so bad, I decided Red had the better idea of walking in the field parallel to the wood so went into the edge of the field. I caught my foot in a hidden bramble and just went down. Fortunately I wasn’t wearing my glasses (I knew the driving snow would be worse on my specs than without them) - if I had, it would be so much worse. Anyway, nothing broken which is the main thing. I am just sitting quietly this afternoon and Red is fast asleep 💤
