What made you smile today?

@Ashley I do know of a lovely litter born last week, I think a black boy is available, possibly a choc boy as well....just to throw a spanner in the works! :inlove:
Ummm... it might be a bit of a trek for @Ashley ..... :giggl:

Squidge is by far my easiest (albeit most cheeky and bonkers) Lab. I think I'll be sticking with well-bred show-line girls from hereon in.

I say, regardless of sex and colour, go for what feels right to you :)

Dooooo itttt.

DOOOOOOOO IT!
It's just poor Monty, whether a pup would wear him out. I've chatted with @Loraseal about this before, it's such a difficult decision when you've got a dog with joint problems, I can't risk his health for the sake of our desires... he might benefit from another dog, I'm just not sure how it might would pan out. But I would love two dogs now, quite honestly.

@Natalie We had a similar dilemma , Nelly is ( under all that fur ) only very small and has diabolical back end joints , plus her Chiari Malformation and deafness , all making her vulnerable . We did wonder if a bouncy Labrador puppy would be too much for her , but its been the opposite and somehow , Reuben seemed to know not to pester her . I do understand your worries though , so good luck with whatever you decide xx

@Natalie Is Monty really playful with other dogs/puppies? Quinn is not at all - our worries are more about how much she will dislike having a second dog here, she especially isn't a fan of puppies (isn't mean, but ignores/avoids them). On eventual joint walks, I doubt there will be much play, just kind of being together. So if Monty isn't generally rowdy, it might not be too much of a worry - you just have to split them up if the pup is really bouncy. Let's both get a puppy for moral support
