Also, the relief that child services weren't called after we took Nathan on a terrifying lift ride that sent you flying up and down! We honestly had no idea what the ride was (as it's inside). Looking at the building afterwards though.... We probably should have guessed
. Instant karma for me though as I hated the ride as much as Nathan!

It turns out that the ride (now called Guardians of the Galaxy) was originally the Tower of Terror. You see, I never would have gone on it if it was called Tower of Terror!

Homer came to pick me up from the airport yesterday! I had a little mini break to Kick start my summer holiday and Hubby brought Homer along to greet me as I came through. He was so good and had such a full body wag. A couple waiting laughed and laughed because it took about five minutes of greeting Homer before I even said hello to hubby.

Teaching Otter to stand with her front paws on a balance disc (eventually!!!) We are starting out by shaping one paw touching the balance disc (followed by two, then adding duration) This morning was the first time I introduced the disc to her, so nice and easy. Pretty quickly Otter picked up the paw touch. Then I waited.....hoping for another paw, or and indication of duration. No chance....she stared hard at my clicker then with BOTH her front paws hard on the disc she just bounced up and down! Had me in stitches and marked the end of the session as I was laughing so hard!
