Anything with a loop will work - pastry cutters, scissor handles, it doesn't have to be circular - I've done a lot of this with children in the past!

DIY Agility Course in the garden!
windsor is amazing at it (I lowered the jumps so she basically had to just step over them!), but Oreo needs a little more practice - especially with the tunnel.
