Just to keep the updates going, we set off again to the vet today. Homer started being sick last night and all through the night with the same retching and mucus vomiting. He kept me up all night and I spent most of it on the kitchen floor, at least it was cool and I made a bed for myself with blankets and duvets.
He could be reacting to the antibiotics or I gave him some tinned food with his normal kibble that disagreed with him. At least he’s had yet another full check up.

I’m so sorry, it’s very draining to feel like you’re making progress and then to have a set back. Hopefully just a reaction to the food or meds

You poor things, how horrible for you and Homer. As @Loraseal said, it’s so draining to have to manage the unpredictable ups and downs. Hopefully it’ll settle down for Homer tonight x
