Glad he's been to the vet. This is what happened with Rory it was so upsetting. Hopefully you can get things back to normal now. I swear by white fish it really is the best for a upset. So sorry about your horrid day XXX kisses to little Mas

I was going to say, that wasn't me, I can't take credit. I'm so glad it doesn't appear to be anything too serious, that must have been terrifying for you! Chappie is very commonly "prescribed" for upset tummies. I've never used it myself (not something you can get here) but I hear it's pretty wonderful stuff - and probably a fraction of the cost of the "real" stuff you buy from the vet.
He should be thankful he doesn't live here. My lot have one dessert spoon of food morning and evening

OMFG.
We are back to barking when we are in the crate. He hasn’t done this for ages... I’m guessing the last few days of him barking and me sprinting down the stairs like I’m on fire has led him to reinforcing the ‘ooh I want a stroke’ let’s bark till she comes behaviour.
7 times I’ve gone down and let him out. 7 times he’s toddled out to the garden, tail a wagging, had a sniff, licked his balls and then sauntered back in.
Frankly it’s just insulting.
I can’t risk not going to him in case it’s a poo, I can’t not crate him because he won’t warn me and I will have shit everywhere, I can’t listen to barking all night after the last few nights of getting up 3 times to sort him.
Go to sleep puppy, I swear tomorrow I’m feeding you dry rice.

Well he refused to sleep in the crate. In the end I let him out and he slept on the sofa all night! No accidents which is a miracle in itself..
There is A nicely formed poo in the garden that doesn’t look like Leo’s... I highly doubt it is mas’s but we can hope! I missed a trick when my son called me over a sock emergency, I came back and they had both finished

Yep, they get food throughout the day for training and being nice dogs. They also get a nice chicken carcass or something similar at lunchtime, so they're not completely starved. Well, not much.
C'mon Maz, buck up, nice kickable poos and a good nights sleep, please!
Poor little Mas... really surprised the vet didnt take him off the metacam as soon as you first reported the diarrhea, tbh.

The diareah kicked in the same day we came off the metacam anyway... he was on it for 6 days before he had a reaction

Appetite has MASSIVELY improved. He’s acting like he’s starving, despite being fed every hour. I’m exhausted!
Only one poo today so far - it was ice cream consistency so still sloppy but not water!
In other news I took him to a field for a run around at lunchtime and off he skipped... then he came bombing back proud as punch with a dead rat in his mouth
that’s goong to have done his stomach the world of good.
At least he dropped it and didn’t eat it I suppose...
