Poppy has a similar one behind her ear, it scabs over and that then sometimes comes off. I agree with Jac; he does seem a bit young. Don't panic, I'm sure it's ok but good to have the vet look at it.

OH and I were talking about Poppy this morning and agreeing that she is definitely getting slower, although still enjoying life. We took her out to a Biergarten last night; she LOVED it! So I said to OH that hopefully there will be a biergarten at the rainbow bridge for her... Turns out he had...
